Our Founder, Jennifer Welty is an Executive Coach, Inclusion and Diversity and Talent Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of industries including retail, financial services, technology, and pharmaceutical.

 

Jen draws on her experience in leadership development, group dynamics, and adult learning to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential within an inclusive environment. As a trainer and coach, she works with employees to deepen their awareness and understanding of differences and partners with leaders to draw upon their authentic abilities to find meaning in their work to impact their teams and organizations.

Before founding JRW Consulting, Jen was Vice President of Global Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity for PVH, one of the largest global apparel companies. In this role, Jen was focused on the design and implementation of a worldwide Inclusion and Diversity strategy, the development and oversight of multiple Business Resource Groups, the launch of an employee engagement and action-planning process and a new way to conduct performance management using a rating-less system. During Jen’s tenure, the organization was recognized for their perfect score on the CEI index and as one of Fortune’s top diversity companies. 

 

Jen also worked at BNP Paribas as the Managing Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development. In this role, she was responsible for the design and implementation of creative talent and learning interventions as well as coaching numerous business leaders on personal effectiveness and team integration issues. Jen is a skilled group facilitator and specializes in aligning employees with organizational objectives.

Jen began her consulting career at Stromberg Consulting, a change management and workplace communication firm based in New York. While at Stromberg, Jen consulted to clients including American Express, Chase, Western Union, Monster.com, Microsoft, FedEx, 7-Eleven, Nokia Siemens Networks, Kodak, Wyeth, United Technologies and The Walt Disney Company. 

 

Jen graduated with an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and received her Organizational Development Certificate from Georgetown University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Voice Performance from the University of Massachusetts and a BA in Psychology from Stonybrook University. Jen is currently a member of the Inspire Arts and Music Board, a not-for-profit organization whose programs seek to develop and inspire young adults through music and art.
